Property Intelligence Platform MVP (2025)
Vertical SaaS / Data Platform (B2B)
- Problem: Parcel-level data is scattered, outdated, and difficult to analyze - leaving planners and investors flying blind at the very scale where decisions are made.
- Solution: Built an MVP that aggregates and analyzes parcel-scale economic indicators using Python, FastAPI, PostGIS, and GeoPandas.
- Impact: Lays the foundation for parcel-level land-value prediction - enabling planners and investors to spot shifts before they hit traditional datasets.

Publisher Ad Quality Measurement (2024)
Enterprise SaaS – System of Engagement (B2B)
- Problem: Ad measurement mattered, but legacy tools buried insights behind slow, painful reporting workflows.
- Solution: Reimagined the platform around the publisher workflow - delivering a faster, flexible reporting experience.
- Impact: Improved operational efficiency, reduced dev cost, and laid the groundwork for rapid iteration in publisher-facing features.

Mobile Ad Viewability Measurement (2019)
Analytics / Measurement Platform (B2B – System of Intelligence)
- Problem: In-app ads were routinely counted as “viewed” even when never actually visible - due to fast-scrolling, hidden placements, and SDKs firing impressions below-the-fold, eroding buyer trust.
- Solution: Operationalized Open Measurement SDK signals to deliver trusted, third-party viewability verification.
- Impact: Restored confidence and unlocked new in-app ad spend by enabling true, independently-validated measurement.

Graph-based Intelligence Application (2018)

- Problem: Analysts wasted hours piecing together siloed public and private data to understand human networks.
- Solution: Built a search-led intelligence platform with geographic context, visualization, and alerting.
